Built around neuroscientist Andrew Gallimore’s extended-state protocol, the film enters the race to map DMT space as a new psychedelic frontier takes shape — from backyard biochemists in Colorado to luxury facilities in the Caribbean.

In a post-truth age, as institutions falter and reality itself feels unstable, an ancient question returns with newly urgent consequences: is the world we call real, real?

And if not, what waits on the other side: God, machine, alien intelligence, demiurge, or the deepest machinery of the mind?
